MeDirect informs its customers that its Retail Banking Terms & Conditions and Fee Information Document have been amended.
These amendments are designed to ensure clarity, language consistency, and identical terminology throughout our documentation, whenever we refer to our Current, Savings, and Investment Accounts. Similarly, we have clarified some terms in the Complaints section. All of these changes have also been reflected in our website.
No changes have been introduced in respect of any material aspect of the products and services provided to you, including the fee structure, which are all confirmed.
