Loan Support Operations Officer
Reporting to the Senior Manager – Loan Support & Oversight Operations, the selected candidate will be providing operational support to the Bank’s Corporate Lending and Retail Mortgage teams. This position is being offered with a 12 months’ definite contract, with the flexibility to work on reduced hours.

Duties and responsibilities
- Providing operational support to the Corporate Lending team, including: processing of loan drawdowns, preparing pledge forms, creation of collateral, guarantees, etc
- Providing operational support to the Retail Mortgages team, including: account opening & maintenance, drawdowns, preparing of pledge forms, etc
- Providing operational support for local insurance products
- Maintaining internal systems up to date
Required knowledge, skills and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- General understanding of Banking processes and systems
- Working experience within the banking industry will be considered advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
