Relationship Manager
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team at MeDirect. As a Relationship Manager, you will bring value to the business by attending to queries of current customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, attracting new customers, and generating leads.

Duties and responsibilities
- Promoting and attracting new customers
- Preparing and/or assisting in the preparation of customer reviews, in line with the bank’s procedures
- Assisting and attending to customer queries with regards to e-banking, deposit, account opening, and other matters
- Effectively communicating Bank products to customers to generate leads
- Keeping abreast with financial news, industry best practices, and related legislation to be able to provide support to customers
Required knowledge, skills and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English
- Willing to undertake a Diploma in Financial Advice
- A Diploma in Banking or equivalent and previous experience within the financial services sector will be considered an asset
