Retail and Wealth Operations Officer
Reporting to the Senior Manager – Retail and Wealth Operations, the selected candidate will form part of the Operations team, that is responsible for supporting the Bank’s Retail and Corporate clients at Group level.

Duties and responsibilities
- Handling service request forms
- Handling ad hoc requests from Business (Retail/Corporate)
- Handling inactive accounts, dormant accounts
- Processing wealth trade on behalf of clients
- Processing of successions
Processing of bonus pay-outs - Performing quality control checks on statements
- Processing of corporate actions (Dividends, Coupons, Voluntary and Mandatory Events)
- Performing cover checks and setting up securities on our platform
- Executing maintenance checks for Retail Operations and Wealth Operations
- Contribute to updating the department’s procedures
Required knowledge, skills and experience
- A minimum of 1 year working in a banking environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with preference for Excel
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of banking/wealth products will be considered an asset
- Knowledge of additional languages such as French or Dutch will be considered an asset
