Our graduate programme is designed for highly motivated and ambitious individuals who have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree and are considering the next step in their educational or career path.
With roles across the organisation, our graduate programme is a continuous learning journey where we will provide extensive training, exposure to stimulating projects, and the opportunity to gain the knowledge and skills required to provide our clients with innovative products and services. You will learn new skills while working alongside some of the industry’s top talent and build a valuable network to help you advance in your career.
The MeDirect Graduate Programme
- Open to students who have completed a Bachelor’s degree course and/or are following a Master’s level programme
- Priority will be given to students who have completed MeDirect’s internship programme
- 6 to 12 month programmes available. These will be tailormade to provide exposure to all departments linked to your area of expertise
- Applicants will need to undertake an aptitude test which will be followed by an interview
- Successful applicants will be asked to lead a project and present it at the end of the programme
- Minimum commitment of 25 hours per week
