MeDirect has recently donated some furniture from its previous offices to the Malta Red Cross.
After the Bank relocated its head offices to the Centre at Tigné Point, several of its closed offices were left with furniture that was no longer needed. However, rather than discarding these unwanted furniture pieces, the Bank donated them to
a worthy cause. The furniture from the ex-Charts offices in Valletta was donated to the Malta Red Cross Society for its premises. After receiving the items last April, Paulette Fenech, the Director General for the Malta Red Cross, expressed her gratitude
for the donation and appreciation for the support that the Bank gave to the organization.
The Bank thanks the Malta Red Cross and its volunteers for the health and rescue services that they make available to those who need them.
