Hili Properties p.l.c. Ordinary Shares

MeDirect Bank (Malta) plc would like to announce that we are accepting applications for anyone interested in the Initial Public Offering (IPO) in Hili Properties p.l.c. (the Issuer) ordinary shares.

There are 185,185,185 ordinary shares on offer, having a nominal value of €0.20 each at an issue price of €0.27 per ordinary share and the issue is open for subscription split as follows:

  1. 18,518,518 New Ordinary Shares will be reserved by the Issuer for Allocation to Hili Ventures Group Employees at a 10% discount on the issue Price;
  2. 166,666,667 New Ordinary Shares will be made available for subscription to:
    1. Authorised Financial Intermediaries entering into a Placement Agreement;
    2. Hili Ventures Group Securities Holders (and Hili Ventures group employees for any amounts that remain unsatisfied in terms of 1 above) and
    3. the General Public.

You will be able to apply for subscription subject to a minimum application of 4,000 shares and in multiples of 100 shares thereafter.

MeDirect will be accepting applications from anyone, who is interested. All applications must be received by not later than 26th November 2021. In the event of over-subscription, the Issuer reserves the right to close the Offer Period before this date.
