What is my card limit?

The default settings on your card allow you to make purchases of up to €5,000 per day. The withdrawal limit from ATMs is €1,000 per day; charges may apply as per our tariffs and charges schedule that can be found here. Contactless payments which do not require a PIN are limited to €50 per transaction. As a security feature you will be required to use your PIN when you complete a total of €100 in successive contactless transactions.

While you can not set limits which are higher than these, it is possible to adjust and manage you card limits through our online platform or mobile app:

  • Web: Log in to your account, navigate to the ‘Cards’ section, and select ‘Settings’ and ‘Limits’
  • Mobile App: Open the app, go to ‘Cards’, choose the relevant card, and tap on ‘Settings’ and ‘Limits’ to view or adjust your settings.

These limits can be adjusted whenever you want, up to the maximums indicated above
