Lost or stolen card
If your card is lost or stolen, you can report it through the Report lost or stolen card feature available on both the Mobile App and internet banking, ensuring your account is protected immediately.
How to report a lost or stolen card from the eBanking platform

1. Go to the Cards page from the left menu.
2. Choose the Settings option.
3. Click on Report lost or stolen card from the right menu.
4. Click on the Report lost/stolen button to cancel your current card.
5. Click on the Yes, cancel button to confirm.
Report a Fraud
If you want to report a phishing attempt, use the Report Fraud option available through the Mobile App or eBanking platform.
Once confirmed, we will temporarily block access to your eBanking, Mobile App, and all cards linked to your accounts including those held by any joint holders to keep your accounts secure.
To restore access at any time, contact our Customer Service team at +356 2557 4400. We are available Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm and Saturday, 9am–1pm.
Can't stop your card or report fraud online?
If you are unable to use the MeDirect Mobile App or eBanking platform, or if the phone linked to your card in an e-wallet is lost, please contact our customer support right away.
Assistance after business hours is available only in English and the service enables restriction of online banking access and unpairing of the Mobile App for any bank client (card holders and non-card holders).
This service also allows you to terminate your card with immediate effect.
