Notice of over-subscription equivalent €10m 7.5% subordinated 2019.
With reference to the Company’s announcement dated 14 June 2013 (Med024), Mediterranean Bank plc is pleased to announce that the issue of the euro equivalent of €10,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.5% Subordinated Bonds due 2019 denominated in euro and pounds sterling has closed on the day of opening due to over-subscription.
According to the Prospectus, the Company will be announcing the basis of acceptance of applications and allocation policy by not later than 1 July 2013.
