To start an Asset Transfer, log in to your mobile app or online banking, go to ‘My Investments’, and select ‘Transfer your portfolio’. You can either enter individual securities manually or upload a portfolio report, statement, or screenshot.
We’ll review your holdings to determine whether they can be added to our tradable universe. We will liaise directly with your existing broker to arrange the transfer on your behalf.
If any further information is needed, we’ll contact you via secure message and will inform you once the process is complete.
