MeDirect has hosted its first employee townhall for 2024. The event, in addition to reviewing the Group’s solid business performance in 2023, focussed on its ambition to become the primary bank for customers in its core markets in Malta and Belgium.
“As Malta’s first digital bank, MeDirect continues to build on technology, product design and great user experience to give customers the freedom to manage their wealth however they want to. With card services and mortgages also available on top of our savings, wealth management and investments services, MeDirect is now well placed to be the primary bank for our customers. This is where our focus will be in 2024,” said Arnaud Denis, CEO at MeDirect Group.
In addition to presentations and discussions around the Group’s 2024 strategy and how it will be implemented, the townhall also provided opportunities for MeDirect’s teams located in Malta, Belgium, the Netherlands, UK, and Turkey to enjoy team building and networking activities.
“With a large and diverse team working in multiple locations, it is vital that we create opportunities to listen and learn from each other and to ensure everyone across the Group understands what we are trying to achieve. Townhalls play a great role in helping to keep us connected and focussed,” concluded Denis.
