MeDirect places customers’ safety first

We make it our top priority to keep our clients and employees safe during these difficult times. It is crucial to stand united day by day to fight this pandemic crisis.

Whilst encouraging everyone to make greater use of our online services, we strongly recommend that you read and follow some simple yet effective guidelines when visiting one of our investment centres in order to ensure everyone’s safety.

Face masks & shields:

You must wear either a face mask or a face shield to protect yourself and people around you from spreading or catching the virus. Face masks offer protection as they block liquid droplets, however, wearing a face shield has greater advantages, and guarantees greater protection. It will prevent your eyes, mouth and nose from being in contact with the virus as well as facilitate communication with others due to its transparent visor. If you are wearing a face mask you will be asked to temporarily remove it so that we may identify you.

Temperature monitoring:

One of the common symptoms of Covid-19 is fever. We may monitor your body temperature before entering one of our investment centres. Visitors who present a body temperature higher than 37.3 Degrees Celsius will not be allowed to enter any of our investment centres.

Hand hygiene compliance:

In order to ensure a safe environment for our customers and staff members, we have installed hand sanitizer dispensers at your disposal in each investment centre. We encourage you to make the best use of them to protect yourself as much as possible.

Social distancing:

To slow down the spread of Covid-19, it is extremely important to limit close contact with each other. We kindly ask you to maintain two metres distance between yourself and our staff members or other visitors that might be in the same location. Consequently, we will only allow three visitors within our premises at the same time. Our investment centres are open from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 14:00.
