You can transfer your existing portfolio of securities to us, except for financial instruments that are not supported for online trading. If the securities are already available on our platform, we can accept them quickly. For those we don’t currently offer, we’ll need to carry out several checks before confirming acceptance. These include verifying whether:
- The security is listed on an exchange supported from our end
- It trades in a currency we accept
- It falls within our eligible instrument types (shares, bonds, mutual funds, and ETFs)
- For ETFs and mutual funds, whether KID (Key Information Document) is available
To start an Asset Transfer, log in to your mobile app or online banking, go to ‘My Investments’, and select ‘Transfer your portfolio’. You can either enter individual securities manually or upload a portfolio report, statement, or screenshot.
We’ll review your holdings to determine whether they can be added to our tradable universe. If needed, we’ll contact you via secure message and will inform you once the process is complete.
