What shall I do if I forget my app PIN or if I lock my MeDirect Mobile App?

To reset your passcode, the device will need to be unpaired. To unpair your device, you need to:

  1. Login to our online banking platform. 
  2. Click on the “Profile” section on the top right-hand side of the screen 
  3. Click on “Devices”
  4. Follow steps shown
  5. Unpair Mobile Application
  6. Re-pair the MeDirect Mobile App to your account
