What should I do if my mobile is stolen?

If your mobile is stolen, unpair the mobile application as soon as possible. To unpair your app, you need to:

  1. 1. Login to our online banking platform.
  2. 2. Click on the “Profile” section on the top right-hand side of the screen.
  3. 3. Click on “Devices”.
  4. 4. Unpair Mobile Application. Alternatively, you can call us on (+356) 2557 4400.
